Webbing

You cover a 30x30ft square surface in webs. All creatures in the webbed area become slowed. The webs last until this ability is used again, or until the webs take fire damage on which they are immediately destroyed. Any creature touching the webbing when it is lit on fire becomes Burning 10.

Any creature that ends their turn in the webbed area becomes rooted. This lasts until they or an ally spends 4 AP to free themselves. After a unit is freed from the webs, they cannot become rooted by the same web until the end of their next turn. If the webbing is destroyed, a rooted creature is also immediately freed.
