Strategy
The core part of the broodmother's strategy is the Webbing and Feast skills. The broodmother will always cast Webbing on an enemy if there are no enemies it can safely reach and attack currently inside a web. It gains Lock-on against enemies inside the web, even if they aren't rooted, so it will prioritize attacks on those enemies. It will use Poison Bite each time it can.
The feast ability has a 4 AP cost and the setup keyword, meaning that it can't immediately finish even if the broodmother has 4 AP. The smartest way to use Feast is to only use it when the broodmother has 0 AP left, this will let the broodmother get in the maximum number of attacks even if the feast attempt fails due to the target being freed from the web. However, as the GM you can use this variable cost to make the fight easier if needed.
Running this monster
The broodmother is intended as a mostly solo fight, though against stronger groups or groups that have easy access to fire you can add in a few of the grunt spiders.
The burrowing spiders that appear from the broodmother's passive should act on initiative 0. This gives players enough time to deal with them if they play well and they don't risk getting burrowed in without being able to do anything against it.
