Class overview
“Fayto Zhelti! It is time for your end!” Lightning struck dramatically, thunder rolled, and the wind snapped at her cloak.
“I am The Lone Wolf of Rosania, The Darkness Against the World, the Reaper With No Witness, The Seventh Sorrow of Lyr! In the name of Her Dark Radiance Heira, I, Alycia Claes, will defeat you!”
She readied her combat stance, her hand raised by her face, her scythe roiling with Dark magic.
“Alycia! Get down from there before you get struck by lightning!” her eternal rival shouted back. As if to punctuate the danger, another lightning strike split a tree that was far too close for comfort in a storm of splinters and embers. Hastily, Alycia jumped down from her perch to land before her rival, brushing her skirt out a few times before returning to her stance.
“Bold of you to attempt a magical sneak attack!”
“It’s a thunder storm and you have a metal pole, there was no magic needed,” Fayto replied flatly. “And did you add another name?”
“N-no! You are mistaken!” Alycia shook her head, her twin tails flying and then pointed her scythe at Fayto. “Don’t distract me! Today is your end! You can’t escape me again!”
Fayto exchanged looks with her party, obviously playing something to run away again. Then she looked at Alycia seriously, hand on her sword. “Look, if you just wanted to spar, just say so. But we’re kind of in a hurry. There’s a lightning drake attacking villages nearby and we’re hunting it.”
“Oh.” Alycia lowered her scythe. “Then let’s vanquish it! I, obviously, will take the lead and defeat it myself! You can support me!”
“Yeah, yeah, let’s just go. It’s probably roosting in the mountains to the east.” Alycia fell into step with Fayto, looking at her rival’s father and brother. They had quietly amused looks on their faces. Alycia bit her lip as she stared at Krono Zhelti and opened her mouth to--
“Don’t you dare start flirting with my brother again.”
Alycia’s mouth snapped shut and she pouted.
“And I can’t believe you copied my hairstyle, Alycia!”
“What? You don’t own the twin tail style!”
“You even have the same ribbons I use! Did you get those in Florentine, too?”
“Hmph! You’re just jealous it looks better on me!” Alycia said, turning to point at Fayto for emphasis.
“They’re like long lost sisters,” Krono said to his father with a quiet laugh.
“Kari, give me strength,” Fayto said, pinching the bridge of her nose. “At least cover your legs! It’s indecent!”
“My body is the very image of Heira, I will not!” Alycia folded her arms and looked away. “Prude.”
“Prude?!”
Krono looked at his father and his father looked at him. “I think they missed each other.”

Playing Seven Sorrows Sword Style
The Seven Sorrows Sword Style is a 1v1 class and a class that excels when your allies are a bit.. unreliable.
Lone Wolf Stance is an encounter start and required to access the rest of the class abilities. It lasts for the entire fight unless you are downed and comes at the cost of being unable to be helped by your allies. You get a small upside of being able to use aid abilities on yourself, should you have any.
Distance Dies First is your engage option. It's a rather simple, but effective teleport + attack ability that also gains trick attack.
One Against The World is a powerful aoe attack, but heavily limited in that you must be isolated to use it. You'll want your allies to stay away from you if you plan to use it, especialy since it can only be done as the first action on your turn.
Blade Without Witness is your most reliable ability, even without isolated bonus having a 1 AP heavy is very powerful.
Overall, you should think about when you want to enter dark stance as there's no easy way out. The isolation bonus is nice on many abilities, but it's generally not worth going too far out of position for. One other point to remember is that when you go down, you CAN be assisted again so your allies are able to pick you back up if needed.
