Secret Art: Black Hole

You create a Black Hole at a target location within range. When you cast this and when you pay upkeep, all enemies within 120ft of the black hole must make a save or get pulled 20ft towards it.

All enemies within 120ft of the black hole that are moving away from it are considered slowed for that movement.

Upkeep: 1 Mana. Instead of paying upkeep, you may detonate the Black Hole making a Heavy attack against all enemies within 15ft of the black hole.
