You may name one skill (such as perception, athletics) and force the target enemy to make a save against your Potency. On failure, you steal their skill points spent into the skill until the end of the encounter or for 1 minute. You gain their skill points they have in that skill to your skill while they lose all of theirs.
Only affects skill points spent, not any other bonuses from abilities or stats.
Can not be used on artisan and gathering skills.
You may only have 1 instance of Stolen Skill active at the same time, but you may choose to drop your current stolen one for 0 AP.
