Strategy
Warriors use Charge to engage the frontline in combat and hit the most vulnerable target there. If engaged with two or more enemies, they will use Cleaving Strike. Else, they will use Skullsplitter if the target is wearing at least medium armor.
Running this monster
Warriors are intended to be a base for generic heroic enemies that focus on being a hardhitting melee. They can be used for any race or situation and can easily be added to fit what you need. They are the heroic version of the ‘Brute’ generic enemy.
Warriors can function with Grunt level allies, but they will want some tank type allies to not get focused down as hard. They can function in a group with around 3 generic heroic level enemies like the Defender, Assassin etc.
Warriors generally use heavy melee weapons. They can use no armor, light armor or medium armor depending on the race. The stat block above assumes light armor and a heavy melee weapon. Some might carry a ranged weapon as backup.
