Strategy
If a ghoul can eat a corpse with Devour Corpse, it will always do so. It may even move to the corpse to do it if it can do so safely.
When in combat, it will use its Ghoul Bite if it can and it is missing HP. Otherwise, it will attack normally.
Running this monster
A large group of ghouls can make a good challenge for a group of adventurers. Ghouls become a lot more powerful if they fight in a room or place that has a lot of corpses ready to be devoured. Ghouls can also use Devour Corpse on the bodies of other ghouls.
