Monster · Heroic Elemental
Frost Maiden
An ice elemental type creature that is inherently attracted to the warmth of other creatures. Said to be a manifestation of travelers that got lost in a blizzard and closely related to the yuki-onna youkai. Not a creature with malicious intent necessarily, but her way of thinking may be too alien to negotiate with.

Strategy
The Frost Maiden is an assassin that functions by limiting the enemies vision and luring them apart from each other, then striking an isolated target.
She will start the battle by using Blizzard. On her first turn, she will use Blizzard Walker and wait around 40ft away from the enemies. If the enemies spread out to look for her, she can move in with Snow Assassin on her next turn to attack a target, then follow it up with normal attacks after.
From that point, she can alternate Blizzard Walker and Snow Assassin to get favorable engagements with a lower amount of enemies present.
Running this monster
A group of frost maiden provides a challenging fight for high spirit core players.
As the GM, you can wait for a turn to see if the players will spread out and stumble into the blizzard alone to look for the frost maiden after the first turn. If they don't, then the frost maiden should just attack to not waste anybody's time. Make sure to hide the token after she moves out of vision range to further tempt people to spread out. Also, remember that if the frost maiden doesn't attack on her first turn, she can use her remaining AP to move and circle around the party to further throw them off about where she is.
