Strategy
The summoner spends the first action of its turn casting Summon Beast. After that, it will use Empower Beast if none of the animals are currently empowered. If there is an empowered one, it will use Bestial Command on that creature, assuming the creature is able to attack.
If the summoner is attacked, it will most likely use the animal shield ability to redirect the attack unless the summoner is high on HP/RP and the attack would kill the animal.
Running this monster
The summoner can be run together with another heroic ally. If it is the sole heroic enemy, it should start with several grunt type animals already presummoned.
