Winged Backpack
A backpack that looks ordinary at a first glance. It can store the same amount of items as a normal backpack. When activated, a pair of mechanical wings fold out. While the wings are out, you slow down your falling speed to 15ft per round and you are able to move horizontally as if normally moving. If you hit the ground while they are active, you do not take any falling damage. Lasts for 5 minues or until you hit the ground.
Mods

- Quick Activation (20 points): The activation cost is reduced by 1 AP, to a minimum of 0.
- B mods:
- Hover Mode (80 points): When activated, the wearer can fly at half speed up to a maximum of 40ft high. If activated when higher than 40ft high, you glide down until you reach the 40ft height limit. Functions similarly to the Flight ability in regards to taking damage while flying.
