Wind Bubble

A simple device that can be attached to the body or held in the hand. When activated, it creates a bubble of wind around the wielder that slows down falling speed to 40ft per round. If the wearer reaches the ground while in this bubble, they take no fall damage.

Mods

• A mods:
  • Quick Activation (20 points): The activation cost is reduced by 1 AP or 1 RP, to a minimum of 0.
• B mods:
  • Slow Fall (25 points): Reduces the falling speed down to 20ft per round.
  • Underwater Mode (50 points): If used underwater, the bubble provided you air as you slowly float upwards.
