A small black box.
When a creature speaks into it while activated, everyone who hears the creature’s voice can automatically understand what they are saying, regardless of the language they are speaking in.
It cannot translate for creatures that lack a proper language such as animals.

- Parley Mode (20 points): The device now translates all words spoken near it, allowing for easier two way communication.
- B mods:
- Voice Amplification (50 points): In addition to translating, the speaker's voice is also amplified to be heard from over long distances as if shouting.
