Any attack made with this weapon does not deal damage immediately, but any damage it deals is stored (after the hit resolves). When the wielder sheathes this weapon, it deals true damage based on the damage stored. The damage each target takes is based on the damage that was stored against them.

Hits and damage remain stored this way for up to the end of an encounter or for up to a minute, whichever is longer.
