Space Time Anchor
A large box that when put down and activated projects an area in a 40ft radius around it. Any creature inside cannot use any teleportation abilities. Any creature outside of the area trying to teleport inside is placed at the nearest edge of the area.
Mods
- A mods:
- Quickened Activation (20 points): The activation cost is reduced by 1 AP.
- B mods:
- Increased Range (25 points): Increases the radius of the device by 10ft.
- Anchor Backpack (50 points): You may carry the device around instead of placing it on the ground. However, your movement speed is reduced by 10ft if doing so while the device is active.
- Make Exception (80 points): Allies can still teleport while in the area.
