Snow Cloak
A white cloak designed as the counterpart to the Fire Robe. Keeps the wearer warm in even the coldest of weathers.
Considered a cloak and takes the cloak slot.
Can be activated to give the wearer 5 damage reduction against frost damage until the end of the encounter. When this effect ends, the shell inside the cloak is immediately used up and needs to be replaced for the weather repelling effect to function.
