Gives a +1 Shield bonus to your guard, but a -1 penalty to your Initiative and a -2 penalty to your Evasion and Dodge. When taking the Block action, this Shield bonus is increased to 8.

  • Spiked Shield (20 points):
    You may treat your shield as a One-Handed weapon. You can use it to make an attack and still gain the shield bonus.
  • Mirror Shield (35 points):
    When you are the target of a Mystic Eye ability, you may spend 1 RP to negate the effect on yourself and reflect it back to the user.

B mods

  • Tower Shield (50 points):
    The burden of this shield is increased by 1, but it now counts as Low cover for you against ranged attacks.
  • Shield Formation (80 points):
    While next to another ally with a shield or greatshield, you gain +1 Guard. (Only actual shields apply)
