Locking Seal

A piece of paper inscribed with a single Kiraran character of ‘Lock’. When placed on a door, chest or similar object it prevents any person from opening it. The person who placed it can safely remove it, but for everyone else it counts as a tier 1 bounded field. Destroying the seal itself through physical force is impossible by normal means, but if the object it's placed on is sufficiently damaged, then the seal is broken.
