Hori
Hori knives are used by Foragers in their activities. With proficiency, they count as small weapons that can be used as a foraging tool.
Hidden Weapon: You may draw this weapon for 0 AP. Each combat, after you draw the weapon if the next attack you make that round is using this weapon and is a basic Light or Heavy attack, it gains the Trick Attack keyword. After benefiting from this bonus, you cannot do so again the same combat even if drawing a different weapon with this ability.
Mods
- A mods:
- Aerodynamic Design (10 points): Boomerang/Return effects cannot be used with this. For 1 RP you can throw the dagger, making a light ranged attack. On damage, the target is slowed until the end of its next turn.
- Compact Ergonomics (20 points): When your other hand is free and you take a movement action that costs RP, that movement range is increased by 5ft.
- Parrying Dagger (20 points): If you don’t use this weapon to make an attack during your turn, you gain a +4 bonus to your Block until the start of your next turn. You also gain a +4 bonus to your ‘damage’ roll when using the Parry ability.
- Flat Pommel (35 points): When your other hand is free, you use your free hand to push the target into targets increasing melee heavy attack damage to 5d6.
- B mods:
- Poisoner Weapon (25 points): Applying poison to this weapon costs -1 AP (min 0).
- Butterfly Knife (50 points): Your first light attack each round with this weapon gains Trick Attack, but it can no longer make Heavy attacks.
- Ring Pommel (50 points): If you make a heavy attack that the target defends against, you do not trigger attacks of opportunity from them until the start of your next turn.
