A red robe with a design based of a Divine Arms. Keeps the wearer cool in even the hottest of weathers by repelling the heat.

Considered a cloak and takes the cloak slot.

Can be activated to give the wearer 5 damage reduction against fire damage until the end of the encounter. When this effect ends, the shell inside the robe is immediately used up and needs to be replaced for the weather repelling effect to function.
