“You mark a single enemy, inflicting the Mark of Conflict on them. If an enemy moves away from you and not towards another ally, they take Full Pierce physical damage equal to your Power for each 20ft of movement they spent moving away from you.”
The range and AP cost remain the same.
Requirements
Must be an Unknown Paladin that follows Eisen. Must have the Mark of Justice ability.
