Just a hug

You coil and grapple a non-heroic enemy that is not larger than you, rooting both of you and rendering the target incapable of any attacks.  You automatically guard against any attacks made towards the target as if using Block.  You can also use this on a willing ally target.

The target may spend 1 Ap or 1 RP to attempt to escape, granting them escape power equal to their power.  Further escape attempts continue to add escape power.  When the escape power is equal to 8, then the target successfully escapes.  You may end this effect at any time for 0 RP.
