Sends a Fluttering Blade to harass the target within 90ft of you, making a light attack against them. 

The Fluttering Blade then occupies the same space as the target and follows them throughout all movement, including teleportation. 

The Gadfly then Challenges the target. You can upgrade this attack of opportunity to a heavy attack for 1 RP or 1 Mana.
