Consume Lightning

You gain Consume Lightning, which gives you Damage Reduction 100 Lightning for the triggering damage. If you reduce damage in any way from this ability and the cause of this damage is not you or from an effect caused by you, you gain Lightning Boost. Lightning Boost grants a damage bonus on your next Lightning Elemental Attack equal to the attacker’s power. This damage bonus is doubled on heavy attacks.

Any on hit effects from the damage do not apply if you took 0 damage from it because of your DR.
