Channel Eidolon: Distracting Swarm

You summon a distracting swarm around a target. The target immediately loses any Concentration effects and suffers -5 penalty to Perception checks unless they spend 1 RP to sidestep out of the effect. If they did not move, they also cannot use any abilities with the Concentration keyword until they move.

You can only have 1 Distracting Swarm active at the same time.
