Playing Death Knight
The Death Knight's versatility comes from their ability to switch between dealing damage and using defensive options depending on the needs of the encounter. They thrive when they have a steady supply of corpses to convert to Bone armor to protect or sustain themselves. As such, timing and resource management are crucial for a Death Knight player.
Bone Armor is a core defensive tool that enables you to mitigate a powerful incoming attack.
Unholy Pact serves as a potent self-heal and buff, converting your Bone Armor into a substantial amount of health. Making the right choice between the defensive boost of Bone Armor or using your resources to heal and focus more on offense will be crucial.
Call of the Grave allows you to force enemies into close-quarters combat, where Death Knights excel, but will have difficulty landing on evasive targets. It's a great opener to control the battlefield and ensure enemies are where you want them while applying pressure with Can’t Escape Death. Just be wary when using that ability lest you find yourself isolated from your allies.
Unholy Strength is a powerful self buff but it requires careful management of your resources so be mindful of your mana.
